The Closet

The Closet explores feelings of isolation, conformity, and feeling shut out from the world, treated as less than. Set on UC Berkeley [M]ovement dancers, the piece follows the song, "The Adults are Talking" by The Strokes. Conceived in January 2024, The Closet was performed in May 2024 as part of the AFX-[M]ovement showcase at UC Berkeley's Zellerbach Hall.
